Platelet Rich Plasma (Antiaging treatment for facial rejuvenation):
The PRP therapy consists of isolating the growth factors (platelet) present in the patient’s own blood to boost, accelerate and stimulate the regeneration of tissues. The PRP is obtained from a simple extraction of a small volume of blood from the patient and will be processed to obtain the super-concentrate of platelets which are separated by controlled centrifugation. It is then injected back into the skin, face, neck, neckline, back of the hands, scars, décolleté, knee, elbows, stretch marks and all over the body to stimulate regeneration.

Platelets release growth factors that are primarily responsible for stimulating cell regeneration, increasing the formation of new blood vessels and producing new tissue. That is, they activate the organism in the area where they are released helping to rebuild the damaged tissue. It produces a progressive attenuation of the wrinkles and an increase of the thickness and smoothness of the skin obtaining a younger aspect.  The results begin to appreciate from the 24 hours, are progressive and evident with each session. Usually 3 to 4 sessions are recommended in the first year and maintenance therapy is continued with two – four annual sessions.

It can be applied preventively from the age of 30 to slow down the aging process and, from the age of 40 to regenerate and correct the signs of the passage of years at the cutaneous level.

How does PRP work? (Micro-needling) PRP is a portion of autologous plasma (i.e. patient’s own blood) with a platelet concentration higher than baseline. These platelets contain Platelet Growth Factors, which collaborates in the process of tissue repair. Thus, they have a strong influence on the reparative phenomena of wound healing. This PRP is applied by tiny micro-injections that help stimulate and feed the hair follicle or skin, promoting better circulation and providing the necessary nutrients for optimal hair growth and skin rejuvenation.

PRP has other advantages over other treatments: it decreases the risk of infection, allergies and pain.

Rejuvenating:

AA Clinic treatment completes PRP for reducing the signs of skin ageing, injuries, scarring and hair loss treatment. This treatment can be combined with vitamins, dermal fillers, anti-oxidants or amino-acids for a greater outcome. This different active ingredients in this product have great moisture absorbing properties which is then pass into the skin for a superior restoration and maintaining the ideal level of moisture in the skin.

5.B) HAIR LOSS-

Platelet Rich plasma (PRP): Hair loss treatment:

Research has shown that the use of PRP in the treatment of hair loss (alopecia) can stimulate cells responsible for hair growth and control the process of hair miniaturization in the areas where it is applied. As a result, we can stimulate the hair follicles to produce more collagen to see thicker and stronger hair over a period of time.
The protocol consists of 3 initial weekly sessions, and then a session every 2 month is recommended for best revitalization. Plasma Rich in Platelets (PRP) has been shown to be one of the most effective treatments in the healing and repair of hair loss as the results begin to be show after the fourth month of treatment.

The procedure consists of the intradermal injection of a platelet rich plasma derived from your blood which is obtained by means of a conventional blood extraction carried out on your blood to an ultracentrifugation and anti-coagulation process.

Female pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia): This is the gradual thinning of hair from the top of the head. This condition could be hereditary and may gradually become worse post menopause.

Telogen effluvium: This is a gradual thinning and shredding of hair after the body had undergone a very stressful event, such as suffering an illness, sudden weight loss, surgery, childbirth or low mood. This hair loss is usually temporary and can be controlled with treatment.

Alopecia areata: is a patchy hair loss that is mainly common in young adults and teenagers. This hair loss is usually temporary and can be controlled with treatment after few months of treatment.

Alopecia totalis & alopecia universalis: This is a total loss of hair on the body and head due invasive treatment such as chemotherapy, autoimmune problems, radiation therapy or other illnesses, the hair is unlikely to grow back, however we may support and help with hair management options and other supports.

5C) How is the hair mesotherapy procedure?

Micro-injections of natural substances are applied to the scalpthese substances can be trace elements, vitamins, minoxidil, amino acids, panthenol, biotin, vasodilator or your own blood (PRP).

It is not a painful treatment; the patient can only feel minimal discomfort due to the punctures with the needle in the scalp. However, in some cases local anesthesia is applied to numb the area and feel absolutely nothing.
There are 4 sessions for the first 1 month, and 8 weeks of treatment afterwards. 12 sessions is recommended, although the number of sessions required varies depending on the type of hair, hormonal and genetic factors
Results may begin to appear after 4 months of treatment. This must be constant and not abandon it to achieve results of excellence.
What are the contraindications of hair mesotherapy?
This treatment has no contraindications, although it should as always review in depth the medical history of the patient.
What are the side effects of hair mesotherapy?
Side effects are not serious and will go away in a few days. After the sessions, it is common to feel: pain in the area, small inflammation, mild burning (lasting only a few hours, until the applied substance dissolves), bruising where the substance is injected, itching, spots on the skin of the treated area.
What are the cares after the sessions?
We may  recommend applying anti-inflammatory cream after each session to decrease the inflammation of the area that is produced by needle pricks.
What are the results of hair mesotherapy?

The hair will be much stronger and healthier, and will not hair loss as much as before. This treatment will have stimulated your hair growth and stopped the loss at the same time.  At 4 months, you may notice a new hair growth.

5E) Mesotherapy: Vitamin Element Hair loss treatment:

Mesotherapy is well known for treating hair loss- a major aesthetic problem. Hair loss can occur for several reasons and there are several techniques and products to treat it: cosmetic products, techniques of aesthetic medicines, hair creams, PRP and surgeries.
Capillary mesotherapy is one of these techniques. Capable of combating the first signs of hair loss or baldness, it enhances the hair growth and strengthens collage production to ensures no hair loss re-occur. Mesotherapy offers excellent results that can be observed and appreciated after several sessions.
Without a doubt, one of the best options to treat hair loss- baldness is to start a hair mesotherapy treatment.

NADH stands for “nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) + hydrogen (H).” This chemical occurs naturally in the body and plays a role in the chemical process that generates energy. People use NADH Overview Information

NADH stands for “nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) + hydrogen (H).” This chemical occurs naturally in the body and plays a role in the chemical process that generates energy. People use NADH supplements as medicine.

NADH is used for improving mental clarity, alertness, concentration, and memory; as well as for treating Alzheimer’s disease. Because of its role in energy production, NADH is also used for improving athletic endurance and treating chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).

Some people use NADH for treating high blood pressure, high cholesterol, jet lag, depression, and Parkinson’s disease; boosting the immune system; opposing alcohol’s effects on the liver and the hormone testosterone; reducing signs of aging; and protecting against the side effects of an AIDS drug called zidovudine (AZT).

Healthcare providers sometimes give NADH by intramuscular (IM) or intravenous (IV) injection for Parkinson’s disease and depression.

How does it work?

NADH produced by our bodies is involved in making energy in the body. While there is some evidence that suggests NADH supplements might reduce blood pressure, lower cholesterol, help chronic fatigue syndrome by providing energy, and increase nerve signals for people with Parkinson’s disease, there isn’t enough information to know for sure how or if these supplements work.
