What Personal Information is processed?
When you send us an email, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase a product from our online shop and/or register to use our online booking service, personal information we process include your name, email address, telephone number and any other information you choose to provide.
The following information may be collected, stored or use:
- Information you provide when registering with this website and/or subscribing to our newsletter
- Information you provide in relation to any direct purchase of a product we sell or to pay for a service
- Information about your computer, visits to and use of this website, including geographical location, browser type, length of visit, website navigation paths
- Information you publish on our website e.g. blog comment
- Information contained in or relating to any communication that you send to us
- Any other personal information you may choose to send to us
We keep your data only for as long as is necessary.
When you unsubscribe from our mailing list, all the personal data you supplied at the time you joined the mailing list would be removed immediately.
When you no longer wish to remain as a registered user of our website to leave blog comments, the comments you have posted already would still be visible. However, if you write to use requesting it and provide us with the details you used to register your account, we may alter your registered name to say “deleted user”
We keep all emails received for at least 5 years from the date of receipt
We would also keep your data, as appropriate, on our clinic management software for as long as is required by us:
- To provide you with the services you have requested
- To comply with other law(s)
- To support a claim or defence in court
The information you provide will not be sold to another person or firm. Your details will only be passed on to a third party, if appropriate, with your consent or if required by law.
Our policy complies with UK law accordingly implemented, including that required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The law requires us to tell you about your rights and our obligations to you regarding the processing and control of your personal data. We do this now, by requesting that you read the information provided at www.knowyourprivacyrights.org.
The contents of this page may continue to be applicable even if you terminate your use of this website.
Other than as set out on this page, we do not share, or sell, or disclose to a third party, any information collected through our website. Where appropriate to do so, for instance to make a referral, we would only do so with your express permission either written or verbally given. You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending us an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The only time we foresee that we may share your details with a third party without your express permission is if we are required to do so by law.
If you join us as a service user, for example after using this website, a separate contract is formed between you and Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic. To carry out our obligations under that contract, we must process the information you provide to us. We shall continue to do this, as appropriate, until the contract between us ends and/or is terminated by either party under the terms of that contract. If you complain about any content on this website and/or our service(s), we shall investigate your complaint.

This website uses Google Analytics to analyse how visitors engage with it. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors’ use of our website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.
Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track and/or to collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of visitors to our site.
Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither we nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic will not associate any data gathered from this site with any Personally Identifiable Information from any other source, unless you explicitly submit that information.
Where appropriate (and if needed), Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic may send statistical data about the visitors to this website to third parties. No individual personally identifiable information would be included in such data sent.
