This takes away any inconvenience in having to come to our clinic to simply buy a new product. Of course, we would be happy to process your order in the clinic if you choose to stop by.

After placing an order you will receive an automatic e-mail from Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic confirming that your order has been received. The email will also have the details of the product(s) ordered as well as the price paid.

The email confirmation you receive is not an acceptance of your order. In some circumstance, you may be able to have an online consultation with a member of the medical or prescribing team. This will be at the discretion of Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic. Once Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic is satisfied that the product(s) you ordered is/are suitable for you based on the information you supplied, your order will then be dispatched.

Please note that Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic reserves the right to decline to fulfil your order if it is deemed that the products ordered are unsuitable for you. Where possible, the medical team will suggest alternative products that may be more appropriate for you to use and for you to achieve your desired outcome. If this is the case, and you wish to change your order, we will alter your order accordingly and either credit or debit you for the difference. You will be sent an email confirming the change to your revised order details and you will be dispatched the products.

We contract to fulfil your order and deliver the goods to the delivery address given when you placed the order once we accept your order.

In some cases, due to circumstances outside the control of Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic, delivery may take longer and the customer must allow up to 14 days for receipt of their order. If you have not received your order after at least 14 days after we confirmed that your order had been dispatched, Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic will re-send all the items in your order to you completely free of charge (subject to stock availability).

Please note that you must sign for your order upon receipt. This is a contractual obligation on the part of the customer and is confirmation that the goods have been delivered to the addressee. Signed receipt of delivery must be made by the addressee.

Our products

All products and packaging, where applicable, will be compliant with EU regulations. This will mean that in some instances the packaging and product will vary slightly from the products supplied in the US. The main difference with be a ‘ Parabens free’ policy as a result of a change in the EU legislations in respect of certain chemicals. The products have been demonstrated to produce the same the therapeutic effects and we guarantee that all Obagi products will be sourced from the Obagi manufacturer with a traceable audit trail to ensure you receive genuine fully clinically tested products.

We regret that we cannot take back or refund products once the package or the product has been opened. Whilst we try to ensure all non-prescription products have an expiry date beyond 6 months from the expiry date, we are unable to replace or refund ‘out of date products’ which have been delivered to you longer than 3 calendar months from the date of expiry. In the case of faulty products, please return the products so we may contact the manufacturer and assist you with a replacement and refund as appropriate. Please note that prescription products are dispensed by an independent pharmacy and are subject to pharmacy law.

International orders

We do not offer international shipping via our online shop. However, by special request, we may consider shipping orders to an international address if the client agrees to the following terms of shipment:

  1. Internationally shipping costs more than shipping within the UK, thus, the client agrees to pay the higher cost of delivery and packaging plus 10% admin charge.
  2. The client agrees to pay any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Adexcel Aesthetics Clinic has no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Prescriptions for registered patients only

Prescription request are only available to patients registered with The Adexcel Aesthetic and Skin Clinic. By acknowledging that you are a patient of the practice you confirm that you are willing to submit to providing information for examination for the medical team to make the necessary assessment to allow a pharmacist to supply/dispense your product(s) or medicines.

Following your consultation, one of our clinical team will issue you with a prescription for your prescription-only products, which we will keep on file. You will also be issued with a series of repeat prescriptions which are required for you to complete your Obagi program or other medical grade treatment course. Whilst we hold repeat prescriptions for you on file, you will not need a further consultation, unless you order a different product or your medical history changes. Each time a product is dispensed and dispatched to you, a prescription is used up. You can continue to re-order your products until you have used up all of your repeat prescriptions for that particular product. Should you wish to continue with your treatment program after you have used up your repeat prescriptions, then you will have to have a new consultation with a member of our medical team before any further products can be dispatched to you.
